Impacts of Interruption: Buildings will be without power for the following periods due to installation work related to the Canada Way infrastructure project.

HVAC at Burnaby campus

Date and Time: January 21 – February 1, 2019 – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Location: All Burnaby Campus Buildings – all office spaces
Reason: To enhance our HVAC preventative maintenance effectiveness, Facilities Services will be conducting a proactive indoor air quality assessment program of all office areas on Burnaby campus in January, 2019. This is not reactive to any concerns or complaints. Rather the data will serve to confirm that equipment is operating properly to maintain acceptable indoor air quality (IAQ) for occupants, or identify any deficiencies to be addressed.
Customer Impact: The air quality testing technicians will require access to all occupied office spaces. There will be minimal, if any, disruption to occupants during this work.
