BCIT’s Campus Development Division is responsible for long range campus land-use planning, facility space planning and capital project feasibility studies for all five campuses. Our division also maintains floor plans for all BCIT buildings, a geographic information system (GIS) for campus maps and is a source for general campus information.

Sustainability practices
Our long range plans allow us to integrate sustainability into initiatives with broader scope and longer terms. We create plans based on sustainable land use principles that will guide us to a greener and more efficient campus over time.
