Wellness Support for International Students

While traveling to a new country to study can be exciting, it also presents a number of challenges — particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Join us to find out about important wellness support resources available to international students at BCIT and learn some techniques to help deal with mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, loneliness, and depression.
