Attend this workshop to hear from the Township of Langley, Streetside Developments and E3 ECO Group (energy consultants) on their experiences with the permitting and inspection processes for high performance townhome targeting Step 5, EL-4 of the Zero Carbon Step Code, and CHBA Net Zero Energy-Ready compliance.
This workshop is limited to Building Officials, Developers, and other government officials linked to the successful deployment and implementation of the BC Energy Step Code. It will include lessons learned from the project, a tour of the home mid-construction, and a mid-construction air tightness test.

This workshop is part of the Step 5 On Site Workshops Series, an educational partnership between the Township of Langley, Streetside Developments (A Qualico Company), and British Columbia Institute of Technology’s Zero Energy/Emissions Buildings Learning Centre.
