Mindful BCIT

Want to increase your mental resilience in challenging times? Created for BCIT students by a BCIT counsellor, Mindful BCIT is designed to help you thrive. This free, 5-week mindfulness class will be held live on Zoom at 3:00 pm on Wednesdays from February 3 – March 3. To register, contact judy_bushnell@bcit.ca by January 27. Space is limited.
