With summer 2012 just around the corner, Jordan Birk has been hard at work and it’s paying off!

Jordan Birk, Accelerated Venture recent Alumni (December 2011), and Owner and CEO of BullyWool Yarns and Fibers, produces yarns and fibers from rare and endangered breeds of sheep and other fiber animals. Jordan reports that since December 2011, she has already met most of her goals including online sales! Her company has also received multiple offers/ contracts with knit designers. Bullywool has also been storied by VanCity Credit Union as a local success story and the company is constantly receiving letters of support from as far away as Eastern Canada, Ireland, Wales, the US and other provinces! Specializing in rare and endangered breeds of fiber animals BullyWool is a brand new yarn and fibers HandMill located in Anmore BC.  Creating yarns and fibers ready for knitting, spinning, weaving, felting and fiber art crafts including doll making, BullyWool is about making a difference, making better choices and creating better outcomes for everyone, animals and people.
