Wallmark Homes - Business Consulting Project
|Project Client:||Wallmark Homes
|Project Description:||Real Estate Feasibility Study

|BCIT Program:||Business Management|
It was determined that Maple Ridge was a more feasible region to consider building units in, this is largely due to the higher population density, access to transit routes, and the zoning plan. While Aldergrove is still growing, the region has experienced set-back in growth, and is expected to take approximately 10 years for maximum build-out. Financial statements and a break even analysis for a 45 unit development in Maple Ridge were produced. The student team recommended to Wallmark Homes that smaller lot rental developments, or mixed rental and owned developments may have a shorter break even period.
