Xantrex Technology was established in 1983 and is a world leader in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of advanced power electronic products and systems in the mobile electricity market.

The purpose of this project was to assist in the creation of a dealer playbook, which will be used by Xantrexs’ dealers, distribution partners and sales associates; and a sales playbook, to be used as a supplementary resource for internal sales associates. Xantrex Technology was facing an absence of one concise document providing information on Xantrex products and sales tools available.

The BCIT students developed these playbooks, which will be used as ‘how to guides’ for selling Xantrex products. They will be distributed to dealers across North America, provide easier access to available selling tools, and increase accessibility to the technical and customer service support networks.
