The goal of the project is to determine the feasibility of Meadowlands Horticultural Inc. entering the organic vegetable transplant market. The organic vegetable transplant market is a relatively new market which has yet to be dominated by a single producer.

This project looked at the possible competitors within the market, as well as B2B customers and B2C customers. Secondary research was the primary tool used, through primary research was done when looking at B2B customers.

Successful identification of organic product consumer trends, existing competitors, and existing potential B2B customers allows Meadowlands Horticultural Inc. to fully understand the market it is trying to penetrate.
