Gate Gourmet has shown great success in the airline catering business for many years. The airline catering industry is undergoing significant changes. The company continually seeks to improve in order to stay competitive in the industry. Gate Gourmet has identified the food production department as a potential area for study through this consulting project. The goal is to improve output by reducing labour.
