The goal of the project is to present to the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Coast BC recommendations on how to utilize the camp’s existing resources (Camp Potlatch) in obtaining more rental groups to increase revenues.
In order to provide adequate recommendations, primary research was conducted with in-depth interviews and a focus group with present and past staff about their experience on the Camp Potlatch. In addition, a secondary research was conducted by utilizing a number of online resources and tools about camp competition in BC and trends in the Canadian camp industry.
