BCIT Broadcast & Media Summer Camp
Have you wondered what it would be like to produce your own TV show? Then the BCIT Broadcast & Media Summer Camp is for you! Take the time this summer to learn something remarkable. With the guidance of industry professionals, apply your creativity to shoot a news show and develop skills to be the announcer on your own sports or entertainment segment. Using green screen technology, report on the current weather conditions and share it with your family and friends.
This summer camp will also include some indoor and outside activity. The Broadcast Centre has been in operation for over 50 years and is pleased to offer a summer camp tailored to kids aged 8-12 years old.
Summer Camp Regular Price: $549
Summer Camp Dates and TimesAll 2017 summer camps take place from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Each summer camp is five days long. Choose one option that meets your schedule:
- Summer Camp A: July 10 - 14
- Summer Camp B: July 17 - 21
- Summer Camp C: July 24 - 28

Free parking available at the drop off zone for 15 minutes.
Summer camp participants requesting a refund more than 10 business days prior to the start of the summer camp are subject to a $45 administration fee. Summer camps are non-refundable if request to withdraw is given less than 10 business days prior to the camp start date.
