Getting your U-Pass BC

The U-Pass BC is a monthly pass and must be picked up in person each month.

Passes for June 2012 will be available starting:

• May 22 at the Downtown and Marine Campuses

• May 23 at the Burnaby Campus

• May 28 at the ATC Campus

• Staff will be on site at GNW on May 29

In order to receive your U-Pass, full tuition must be paid, or you must have a valid fee deferral in place.

Get your pass

1. Confirm your eligibility
2. Check your account balance / pay your fees
3. Ensure you have the new BCIT Student ID Card
4. Go to the U-Pass Distribution Centre with your Student ID Card at the campus where your classes are located:

Great Northern Way Campus - for GNW students only	Staff will be on-site to distribute passes to GNW students one day each month, during the last week of the month.  Students starting programs at GNW mid-month can pick up their first U-Pass BC at the Burnaby campus.

Students on Co-op and Clinicals:  If you are unable to pick up your pass from Burnaby, you may pick up your pass at Marine, ATC or Downtown campus.  A limited number of passes will be available on a first-come, first- served basis to students on work terms.
