The Green Team is a voluntary employee initiative that seeks to develop a bottom-up approach to broad level staff engagement in sustainability practices and environmental stewardship at BCIT. The purpose of the Green Team is to get employees involved in sustainability initiatives on campus. Launched in 2007 by 3 employees, the Green Team now has more than 40 members, representing schools and departments from across the institute.
