Programs consist of mandatory core courses with elective courses that accommodate the part time learner's goals and lead to the award of an Associate Certificate and the Certificate. All programs must be submitted to the Program Advisor for approval by the technology department.
Courses have been designed to satisfy some of the academic requirements of the following organizations:
This Associate Certificate program is designed to provide students with a competency skill level for working in the field of housing and small building design and construction. Recommended to individuals who want to advance in their careers or are currently working in design/build offices, working with construction documents, material suppliers and installers, estimating, and municipal offices. All credits earned may be applied to the Certificate in Architectural and Building Technology.
