BCIT Entrepreneurship & Social Media Statement of Completion

Social media has changed the face of our society; it is affecting every aspect of our lives and we all need to engage at some level. This group of four courses takes you from the basics of personal applications through to advanced business and corporate functions, providing a foundation to work within broader reaching aspects of social media including building your brand through the development of community, as well as more advanced analytics. Steve Dotto – possibly Canada’s most respected geek – and Erica Hargreave are the lead instructors and bring an unparalleled understanding of traditional media as well as social media worlds. Erica currently travels globally and frequently lectures worldwide on the business of digital storytelling.
