VENT 0075 - Exploring Self Employment

Have you ever thought about starting your own business? Exploring Self Employment is designed to help prospective entrepreneurs understand what it really takes to go into business. During this one hour seminar, you will explore how to generate business ideas, discover the elements of a business plan and discuss the programs BCIT offers to get you moving toward self employment. You will also find out about the opportunities and challenges of operating your own business and discuss the key characteristics of a successful entrepreneur. Discover whether self-employment is an option you wish to pursue.
