ORGB 2455 - Organizational Influence and Persuasion

This course develops leadership skill in the application of influence and persuasion methods to communication in organizational settings. Participants develop personal influence and persuasion capability for one-to-one and team environments. Leadership communication skills are refined to incorporate effective methods to present and market change messages to individuals and to diverse stakeholder groups.
