Food Technology FOOD 1178 - Prerequisite Programs for HACCPIf you are responsible for developing, implementing or verifying a HACCP Plan in a food processing plant, this course will help you with the concept of Prerequisite Programs which form the foundation of HACCP. It includes the purpose and approach for creating a Prerequisite Program; and its components (premises construction, personnel hygiene, receiving, transportation, shipping and storage practices, equipment, pest control, sanitation, recall). The course is applicable internationally, to both seafood and agri-food sectors.
