FITT 0115 - Global Supply Chain Management
Global supply chain management enables companies to manage the flow of goods, information and finances among international trade networks in the most efficient manner. This course explains the importance of supply chain management in the success of all international trade ventures, including the exporting and importing of raw materials and finished products. Topics covered include: standard trade documentation and Incoterms; managing production, inventory and returns efficiently and cost effectively; and methods to enhance performance and reduce supply chain risk. Prerequisite: English 12 (recommended). Business experience (recommended). (0 Credits)
