This intensive, hands-on seminar uses MS Project 2010. In just one day cover an introduction to Microsoft Project, a software application for computer based project management and scheduling. Successful participants learn the fundamentals of MS Project 2010 to produce real-life projects and receive a brief introduction to project management theories, determining project scope, costing, prioritizing tasks and scheduling.
