BLAW 3100 - Business Law

Presents a practical study of Canadian business law, including the legal and administrative systems, torts, contracts, sale of goods and consumer protection, secured transactions, employment, agency and business organizations. Participation in this course, taught by lawyers, prepares you to recognize and feel comfortable with the legal aspects of doing business. (4 Credits)
