eJobs Faq
How do I register for eJobs?
- Go to www.bcit.ca/ses/ejobs/.
- Click on the "Register/Login" link.
- Click in the "Employer" circle under "I would like to register as a..."
- Complete the registration form and PRINT OFF for your records. (You will need your User ID to post a job opportunity and for login into eJobs).
- Click on the "Register" button.[top]
How do I login to eJobs?
- Go to www.bcit.ca/ses/ejobs/.
- Click on the "Register/Login" link.
- Click on "Employer Login" in the left menu.
- Enter your User ID and your password.[top]
How do I complete my employer profile?
- Go to www.bcit.ca/ses/ejobs.
- Click on the "Register/Login" link.
- Click on "Employer Login" in the left menu.
- Enter your User ID and your password.
- The first time you enter the system there may be a five minute delay while the system sets you up.
- Click on the "My Profile" button. All items with an asterisk are required fields.
- Click on the "Submit" button.[top]
How do I post a job opportunity to eJobs?
- Go to www.bcit.ca/ses/ejobs.
- Click on the "Register/Login" link.
- Click on "Employer Login" in the left menu.
- Enter your User ID and your password.
- Click on the "Create a Job Posting" button.
- All items with an asterisk (*) are required fields.
- Select up to 5 sub-categories in which you would like your position to appear.
- Type or copy your job description from a Word document.
- Click on the "Submit" button.
- You will receive notification that your account has been charged $55.00.
- You can review your job posting or create a new one, download resumes, update your profile or change your password at any time.[top]
What if I forget my User ID?
- Go to www.bcit.ca/ses/ejobs.
- Click on the "Register/Login" link.
- Click on "Forgot your Account ID" in the left menu.
- Key in all or part of your company name and click on Submit.[top]
How do I log out of eJobs?
To completely log out of eJobs you must exit your Internet browser and any open Internet windows. [top]
