MONDAY - STEP N STRENGTH Step cardio and muscle conditioning using weights, bands and or or body bars. May include core training or abs. TUESDAY - DEFINITION Get a major muscle workout using weight bearing tools such as dumbells and body bars. Movements are controlled and constant and the focus is on form and technique. No cardio component WEDNESDAY - ATHLETIC INTERVALS Go at your own pace and tailor your workout to meet your goals with cardio and resistance training using a variety of equipment. Jiu Jitsu is a form of Martial Arts that originated in the East many centuries ago as an unarmed self-defence system. Since then it has branched into many different styles, each with its own philosophy and emphasis. This style is based primarily on locking and throwing techniques.
