
Recreation Services has teamed up with Health & Fitness Alliance to offer BCIT students and staff the opportunity to complete fitness certification courses to become certified personal trainers and/or group fitness instructors. It is a convenient and a cost-effective way to obtain your fitness education.
Sign-up for individual courses or enroll into the FitKey Express membership to be entitled to any or all of the 17 workshops in the series. In addition, you will be joining a comprehensive fitness community where you'll have access to all of the information and people you need, all in one place, all on-demand.
