Work out every day and enjoy five lunch hour classes for the price of one. A different class is offered each day.

Monday - Cardio Step

Get in shape with old school step. Combinations and patterns make it fun to get fit and it's a great way to start the week.

Tuesday - Definition

Get a major muscle workout using weight bearing tools such as dumbbells and body bars. Movements are controlled and constant with a focus on form and technique.

Wednesday - Athletic Intervals

Tailor your workout to meet your goals with cardio and resistance training using a variety of equipment. A unique class every time - perfect for beginners and advanced athletes alike!

Thursday - Cardio Strength

Combination of cardio and muscle conditioning using weight bearing tools such as dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and body bars.

Friday - Core Control

Using weights and the stability ball, this mind and body workout uses Pilates principles to strengthen core muscles and stretch and strengthen muscles around joints.
