Student Employment

Once your son or daughter is enrolled at BCIT, be sure he or she registers for eJobs, BCIT's web-based job posting system, to learn what skills and qualifications employers are seeking in graduates. They will have access to on and off-campus, part-time, summer, and full-time, employment opportunities. A Work Search Coach at BCIT can help with advice in revising their resume, preparing for interviews, or finding answers to job search questions. Help them understand it's best to take advantage of these services throughout their time at BCIT, rather than waiting until they graduate.

The cheering section

As mentioned above, BCIT programs are demanding and require students to dedicate a substantial amount of time to their studies. Support and encouragement from friends and family members is invaluable and greatly appreciated by students.
