Faculty & Staff
As content experts, faculty input is critical in planning services for students with hearing loss. Disability service coordinators welcome you to the educational team.
Instructors should have the same academic performance and behavior expectations of students with hearing loss as they have of any other student. Should any questions arise the disability service coordinator in your institution is your first line resource for information specific to a student in your classroom.
Staff members who have student contact also play a key role in ensuring that students with hearing loss feel welcome on campus and receive information in a timely manner.
