Welcome to the bcit.ca technical guidelines for web site development.
This guide is written using technical language and is intended primarily for Web Services staff and advanced users in our publishing community. If you need help interpreting or implementing anything you see in these guidelines there are several articles in the Knowledge Base that may be of help and you are welcome to contact Web Services with any questions.
In order to make bcit.ca as professional and easy to use as possible these guidelines work together with the BCIT Writing Style Guide and the BCIT Graphic Standards to define how things on bcit.ca should be written, what they should look like and how they should work.
