IT Services has established 2 maintenance windows to be used for performing service and/or upgrades to BCIT's Information Technology systems. Maintenance windows are scheduled as follows:
Reserved for maintenance to all major BCIT systems (e.g. Banner, Lotus Notes, Novell network, myBCIT, etc.).
Reserved for maintenance that will impact connectivity to the internet.
While maintenance windows are scheduled weekly, outages will be performed only as required and the length of the outage may vary.
