Office Computing

IT Services at BCIT encompass all office computing needs of staff and faculty. We set up computers, install standard software, provide network and internet connectivity, and ensure that supported computers continue to function properly.

Support levels

• core support services [PDF] include installation, configuration, usage and troubleshooting of core products. 
• limited support services [PDF] include installation support only and are scheduled as time permits of limited products.
• no support services[PDF] include products that have never been supported or have been retired.
• prohibited services [PDF] are considered to pose a threat to the security and stability of our computer environment.
