The Institutional Planning and Analysis Office (IPAO) provides statistical information for and about BCIT. This information is used for performance measurement and evaluation, official student enrolment reporting, and Government information and data compliance.

Within nine months of completing their trades and technology programs, 87% of BCIT graduates are employed. When asked if their training has been useful in getting them a job, 90% of BCIT graduates say yes.
