You need to know what program you want to study before you can apply.

• Find your program online, and review the program details. Be sure to write down the program name.

Although there are some exceptions, you do not need to meet any particular entrance requirements for programs offered through Part-time Studies. All Part-time Studies courses are taught assuming participants have a Grade 12 level of education, including English at the Grade 12 level (written, oral, listening, and reading). Download and complete a Part-time Program Declaration form [PDF]. Application forms are also available at the Burnaby and Downtown campuses. When completing your program declaration form, please be sure to indicate:

• your certification type (certificate classification);
• your program name
• all courses you intend to take to satisfy the program requirements.

Once your program approval has been processed, a letter confirming your approved program of study will be mailed to you. Program Approvals take approximately 6-8 weeks to process.
