Fees

ICES Fee Schedule (CDN$)

As of April 1, 2005 all new evaluation requests will include two copies of the final report.

Basic Report (one credential) $125
Each Additional Credential* $125
Upgrade (Basic to Comprehensive) $150
Comprehensive Report (one credential) $225
Each Additional Credential* $225

* A "credential" is one partially or fully completed educational program leading to a certificate, diploma or degree. Each certificate, diploma or degree program you have taken is a separate credential. Course work or credit completed at two or more different institutions and applied (or transferred) towards a credential is not considered to be one credential. Course work completed at each institution will be considered as a separate credential. If you wish to have more than one credential evaluated, please include the additional fee. Additional credential evaluation requests that are received at a later date will be assessed the full fee.

Supplemental Evaluations

Note: Not all organizations require supplemental evaluation reports. If your organization requires a supplemental report, it will be clearly stated on the organization’s requirement sheet. View a detailed list of organizations and their requirements.

Important: All supplemental fees are $125 in addition to Basic or Comprehensive Fees.

 No documents will be released until all fees are paid in full.

Acceptable Methods of Payment

Fees must be paid in Canadian dollars or in equivalent United States dollars. Payment must be made to International Credential Evaluation Service.
