Want to become a healthier person, but don’t’ know where to begin?

It isn’t always easy to change our lifestyles or habits to become healthier. Here are some healthy foods for thought:

Healthy workplace month challenge

Between October 3rd and October 26th staff and students can qualify for an entry into a draw for a street bike. All you need to do is participate in six health and wellness activities branded by BCIT's Wellness Works logo.
