The Health Care Management department provides programs and courses that enable you to develop your healthcare career and to foster improvement in today's complex health organizations. Through our department, you can take individual courses according to your needs or earn an advanced specialty certificate.  By combining selected courses with courses from other departments, you can work towards a BCIT Bachelor degree.

Take specialized online courses in health care management, health care quality management, or health informatics technology management.

As I worked my way through the program, my career continued to evolve and I was able to better support my clients and meet my department objectives. One of the unique aspects of the program was that it brought together others from our industry, at the local, provincial, national and international level. It was great to hear about issues and priorities in other regions — this was a learning experience in itself.
