Entrance Awards recognize academic and non-academic achievements of students entering a full-time BCIT program. Note: To be eligible to apply, students must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents. Please refer to our Entrance Awards page to download an application package.
A Bursary is a non-repayable award granted to a student who is in financial need and who is progressing satisfactorily in their BCIT program. Access more information on Bursaries as well as to download an application or an appeal form (refer to the BCIT Bursaries page for form availability dates).
For students in eligible programs only. Details on the Fee Deferral eligibility criteria is included.
Students planning to apply for full-time assistance in a program of study comprised of a number of eligible part-time studies courses must complete the following form.

If can not make an inquiry in-person, you can appoint somebody else to represent you. Fill out and submit to the Student Financial Aid and Awards.
A select number of Student Financial Aid and Awards forms are also available to be faxed to you from our automated 24-hour fax response system. If you would like any BC Government-produced forms mailed to you, such as StudentAid BC, BC Health Care Scholarship or Loan Remission, please refer to the Request Student Forms page of StudentAid BC of the Ministry of Advanced Education website as BCIT does not mail out their forms.
