Tuition Fee Deferral

A Tuition Fee Deferral is a request to extend your tuition fee payment deadline.

Students who have been approved for government student loans either through BC or another province, or who are paying from another source (such as EI, RRSP, RESP or scholarship) may be eligible for an extension of their tuition fee payment deadline.  Out-of-province students must attach a student loan notice of assessment to their application and students receiving funds other than student loans must attach proof of funding.

All students entering full-time programs: your commitment fee must be paid before you submit your fee deferral application.

The fee deferral form must be printed and signed, you can then submit by fax or email.  The processing time for Tuition Fee Deferral applications is 3 to 5 business days.
