Access hours and contact information

Regular access hours for both in-person and telephone inquiries are: 

     Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST

NOTE: Because of security and confidentiality requirements, we cannot accept requests for personal information on the Internet when the inquiries are case-specific (social insurance numbers, student numbers, application status, student loan information, etc.). Please contact us by telephone or in person for such inquiries, or write to us at the above address.

Deadline dates

We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Where a BCIT Student Financial Aid and Awards deadline falls on a day when offices are closed, the deadline will be extended to the next working day at 4:00 p.m.
