Making a Donation

The BCIT Archives welcomes donations from faculty, students, alumni and the public. Items must reflect the history of BCIT, which includes predecessor institutions such as the Federal-Provincial Trades and Technical Institute, the British Columbia Vocational School or the Pacific Vocational Institute.

The Archives accepts only unconditional donations and reserves the right to retain or dispose of material according to the needs of the Institute.  Contact us to discuss the suitability of materials you wish to donate.  

As part of the donation process a completed Deed of Gift form [PDF] should be submitted with the materials.
