To provide key resources for applied research at BCIT:

  We will:
Excellence Ensure quality service and deliverables that meet high standards.

Take initiative wherever possible to continually improve service.
Timelines Meet all dates and deliverables, as agreed to.
Communications  Notify clients immediately if issues arise that affect the original project deadline.
Responsiveness Respond within two business days to high priority email and telephone requests.

Respond within two weeks of receiving completed online forms and applications.

Direct clients in a timely manner to the most appropriate resources available, based on each client’s individual needs.
Accessibility Provide choices of products, services and delivery methods where possible and applicable.
Commitment Be courteous, respectful, responsible and professional at all times.

Ensure fair and equitable treatment of clients, and handle confidential information with the utmost respect.

  • • Having well-articulated service requests and defined needs, and submitting requests as early as possible.
  • • Providing all required information, when possible, on request forms and respecting deadlines for submission of forms and applications.
